30 nights to try it
You have 30 nights from the day you receive your order to try your Stilwake Pulse. If it isn't for you, you can send it back and get a refund for the product.
Right of withdrawal
Under French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation), you always have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Our 30-night guarantee comes on top of this legal right.
How to return an item
- Email us at contact@stilwake.com with your order number.
- We send you the return address within 2 business days.
- Send the band back with its charger, in its packaging if possible.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after we receive the return. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.
Defective product
If your band has a defect, contact us: we replace or refund it, shipping included. You are also covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
